Our second edition of our teams to look out for in the 2019 Copa America is Argentina.
When u have arguably the best player in the world, you are automatically a favorite to win the competition.
Lionel Messi probably has goosebumps whenever Copa America is around because of the history he has with the competition. Played four finals, lost all of them.
We wouldn’t be arguing about who the greatest player of all time is if he had won them. But then, he always went back with a silver medal.
This is an opportunity to get it done. Nobody doubts Messi’s abilities,however only few players are compatible with him in terms of playing style.
Aside from the fact that they have Messi, this is a new generation of Argentine players, with much flair although the obvious weakness is the lack of international experience.
Argentina has so much attacking prowess given they have the likes o Lionel Messi,Sergio Aguero and Paulo Dybala and they would have to be at their A- game if the country wants to win the tournament. Its an interesting squad though.
