Mino Raiola Suspension Annuled

Italian agent, Mino Raiola confirms on Twitter that he wins appeals against a three-month ban to continue normal negotiations.

Raiola had been suspended from transfer activity due to the Gianluca Scamacca case, when he was accused of poaching the now-Sassuolo player from his agents.

The Federal Court of Appeal in Italy accepted their version of events and decided to scrap the three-month ban, which would’ve run to August 9 for Mino Raiola.

Over the last few days, the CAS in Lausanne had already ruled that the ban would be suspended pending further review, but this is a complete turnaround.

As the agent of big stars, Raiola can continue normal negotiations with clubs with some of his players like Paul Pogba and Matthijs dem Ligt already linked to top clubs.
