Copa America Kick-off: Brazil 3-0 Bolivia

No Neymar,No problem you got Phillipe.

Barcelona superstar Phillipe Coutinho scored a quick fire double as hosts Brazil opened the Copa America with a 3-0 win over Bolivia.

Coutinho scored twice in the 50th and 53rd minute to put the hosts in a comfortable position and Brazil lead 3-0 courtesy of an absolute screamer from Everton, who had his first international goal in some style! Cutting inside onto his right foot, before bending a vicious strike into the far corner from 20 yards! Incredible.

After so much talk about him not performing so well for Barcelona during the season. The Brazilian playmaker sent a message once more to Ernesto Valverde. And its easy to know. I’m not playing in my comfortable position. Like Jurgen klopp said, “Coutinho has always been a playmaker. Never a winger

The Brazilian once more brought his A- game to the pitch as he played in the middle of the park.

When asked if his performance had sent a message to the Blaugrana fans, he saidhowever admitted that he had not lived up to their expectations.

“I don’t have much to say to them [Barcelona fans],” Coutinho said.

“I’m grateful for all the support they’ve always given me. I’ve had difficult moments because I’ve not performed as they well as they were expecting on the pitch.

“But that’s football and I’m working hard to improve.”
